For CMR Pilots

I have an interview with CMR coming up. I have been reading some of the threads and I am getting worried about the situation at CMR. You guys are inside and have a better understanding of what is going on at CMR. I fly for a chater 121 carrier and the money is ok but I am looking for job security. I have turned down XJT and Mesa because of the money. What doyou guys at CMR think?
