My understanding is that just about everybody at your carrier hates his guts. Is that why you started (or perpetuated) this rumor?

I didn't start it. Perhaps someone else did for the reasons you are suggesting. I'm just looking for clarification from people who would have more information that the aviation rumor mill. In this case the rumor mill appears to be as about as accurate as always.
