$$ for Amerijet pilots

As a furloughed QX pilot, I got an email today that was slightly strange. It was from our union (Teamsters) saying that there is a fund for Amerijet striking pilots. OK cool. If I was still employed I would be happy to help out if I had extra $$. Yet when QX furloughed 83 of us there was nothing along these lines. I think that what Amerijet pilots are doing is right i am just a little confused about why they are doing this and didn't even offer this to their own pilots. Still nearly a year after furlough I can't find a job.

Teamsters national needs to pay full strike pay for these guys. They have pleanty of cash and it is time for them to put their $$$ where their mouths are.
