FOptions upgrade time?

Was curious what upgrade times at FO is running nowadays?

Quite a while. I have been there a year and three months. Still have probably 200 guys above for upgrades. So it's hard to say right now.

Get in line, Brutha. I am on year 4 SIC! I am one of the unlucky ones who came over from RTA and just missed upgrade by a few months! Things are starting to move now a little.

Upgrade

It is 5-7 years to upgrade. I am at 3 years now and I am still 75 positions out. That equates to about 2 more years. I too was one month away from upgrading before RTA came along.
