Don't know about the roll in BOG, but if true, I hope every one is alright. The interview is a 2 day process. Day 1 is computer testing and day2 is HR and chief pilot interview. They have really nice folks conducting the interviews. More laid back than I have previously experienced. I am well aware that they have start up issues, they are after all a start up company. One thing they mentioned is that you get paid only scheduled time, not block or better. For me this is the ultimate nonissue. I am currently on a trip with 14 hour duty days, 9 hour rests and 4 hours of pay!
They will vastly improve my pay to duty ratio! Also, with the pay cuts, I will make more there. So my quality of life will improve. I am a commuter, so I am only really home about 8 days a month, so that gets better at Focus as well. I am really looking forward to being there.
