FLYING TRAFFIC OUT OF KBVY in BOSTON

I have heard that Victor Kaposa's outfit, a 135, flight school, and traffic service out of Beverly, has had a lot of engine outs in their 152's. It sounds like a good way to build hours, but, I don't want to die any time soon. Anyone heard anything about him, other than the constant stories that I hear reaffirming that he is a complete nut?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
