I just got back from a vacation in Hawaii. I flew United from ORD to HNL and back. I was amazed at how courteous all the employees were. One of the Captains was assisting the FAs in the boarding of pax. On 2 of the flights the Captain allowed me to store my bag in the crew closet (I'm furloughed). Just a fantastic experience all the way around. You folks at United have really turned the company around since September. Thanks for the ride.
