Flying for Kohler?

Hi!

I was just in Sheboygan, WI, and heard that the Kohler Flight Department is much improved, due to the new(er) Chief Pilot revamping the department, and a great place to be. Can anyone confirm this for me?

Any information pro/con, is greatly appreciated.
