While I did not get a $100 from George or two tickets, I did catch his show that he was flying in town for. We brought him from Mobile to Memphis. He was playing at Sams Town at Tunica. Seen him there twice now. Funniest guy I have ever seen

I had Alec Baldwin on a flight to CRP when he was filming Pearl Harbor. If I'd known about it beforehand, I could have told him over the PA what a Liberal POS I think he is. That way I wouldn't be stuck at Eagle. I'd have been fired and gone somewhere else a long time ago.

Would have looked great in your next interview...I dunno, they'd probably agree with you. :D

I'm just pissed about the injustice he did to Gen. Doolittle's reputation

on a flight

Had a crew ACARS me that they had Jimmy and Adam in the back. Had to think about 30 seconds before I figured out what they were talking about. :D

Buffett

I worked for a company that did a lot of work for Buffett. While I was there I had the chance to see some of the aircraft and pilot scheduling for JB's Falcon 50 and Caravan pilots. Those guys worked more than I would ever want to. Granted, they went to some cool places, got backstage passes and never wore a tie to work, but they didn't have much of a life of their own.

In a previous post, someone mentioned Jimmy chartered from their company and didn't know why he wasn't flying his own plane. Two most plausible explanations are: his plane was in for maintenance, or his wife was using the plane - she uses them more than he does.

I once got to fly Gene Kranz (NASA Flight Director/Apollo 13, you know) back to his home in Houston. He stood up front and talked the whole 1 hr. 45 min. flight. Talk about some REALLY interesting stories. One hell of nice guy...
