Flying=Drug

Has anyone realized the parallels between flying and drugs?

Just like drugs, aviation is:
-Addictive
-Will do anything to be flying...ANYTHING <not that!>
-Damaging to relationships
-Hard on the pocketbook (yet when you are flying you're not thinking about that)
-Has it's own lingo
-relatively small group of "addicts"
-no-one else understands it
-will meet anytime day or night on the corner of the airport to work on that project in the hangar
-speed!
-highs and lows

those are just a few I could think of...

All of those above and when you don't fly for a while you get the same detachment symptoms
