If you are going on some flights with the company, learn how to support the captain, getting out approach plates and putting them away, know how to file a flight plan and use a radio, go off frequency to coordinate with the FBO etc. Don't sit in the FBO twittling your thumbs, get the aircraft cleaned up and supervise the fueling.
