Still less than 410, and still with the same margin between max cruise altitude and relight envelope. Most of what I've flown tops out at 20,000 to 25,000 for the top of the relight envelope. That's twenty thousand lower than max cruise in most cases...or sixteen thousand lower in the case of the X. The point being, of course, that being above the relight envelope is entirely irrelevant to the discussion of weather these individuals should have attempted to achieve FL410.
 
Missing the point, Bug, didn't fly it safely at 410 and failed to follow procedures to restart WHEN possible.

I assume all of us flying above re light altitude know the drill if it happens. It's a memory item for us and readily available in the checklists.
