FLYi has $66M in unrestricted cash, after losing $91M

I had a furloughed Flyi pilot tell me that they brought back about 25 furloughees to be re-furlughed in a few months again. Anybody else hear that?

I read in somewhere that Atlantic Coast Airlines might be fined by the FAA for not doing inspections on alot of their airplane. I'm assuming this could affect Independnce as well.
