[font=Verdana,Sans-Serif]WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--FLYi Inc. (FLYI) said Monday that it will delay filing its first-quarter report with the Securities and Exchange Commission, citing a recent restructuring of its financial obligations.

In February, FLYi, the parent company of Independence Air, agreed to an extensive restructuring of its debt, part of efforts to transform itself into a low-fare air carrier. In an SEC filing Monday, the company said its personnel and resources have been devoted to completing the restructuring, delaying the work necessary to finish and file its quarterly report with the SEC.

So they had enough time and personell to file a file saying they could not file the first file????

I smell a big fat rotten fish.....

Dude...are you ETOPER?...because if you are......let the FLAMES BEGIN!!!!

MickeySlapnutz, Etoper is the windmill that (don Quixote) FLYI pilots like to chase.

If you want to know all about Etoper, read the Yahoo financial message board for FLYI. Here's a link: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/mb?s=FLYI
Read back about 1000 posts; you'll get the gist of everything.
FLYI is going tango uniform and their employees are lashing out at anything that moves. Don't worry; the mad dog will be put down soon.

If this is how the employees are reacting, imagine how management has been for the past 6 months. Now imagine being an employee there.

As an employee you get praised on the message boards for "going on your own" and telling the man to piss off, next minute your world is about to implode....
