When everything you do shows your employees that do not value them, they will no longer value the customers. I just checked into another "preferred" hotel...

Check your wog. It says "preferred hotel booked via sabre".
 
You guys have not been to airline management school. There is chapter in their big book titled, "Pilots are a dime a dozen and easily replaced", base all decisions upon this fact. They are only following their master play book.

LOL right back to you. You have no idea what you are talking about, saying we can't find anyone. We have one guy in our next class, that is one more than none. :p
 
Does the master play book work? Well, the one thing it did do was just make a bunch of pilots unhappy. Unhappy employees are less productive, thus "The Pledge." In reality, there is no pledge. That could be seen as an illegal work action.
