I received my MES from them several years ago but in a Twin SeeBee. The aircraft were maintained well, the instructor was great, the owner of the place (at that time was Skip Newhart?) was very nice guy.
I received my SES rating in a Maule (which was a blast) from another FL outfit near Leesburg that no longer exits. However, on the Florida Seaplanes web site, the Maule has the same N number I flew in. Anyway the Maule 235 was a great plane to learn it in.
