RNO, that is apparently their game plan right now. If they can knock out a few of the guys with this plan (especially if they're senior) then it's to their advantage. Some will survive, I'm sure, and some will be on the street. This is what the battle is all about; it's "war" in every meaning of the word.

From what I have heard from guys who have this CANPASS deal is that your record since birth had better be spotless or close. One of the guys I talked to said his chief pilot got turned down and was so squeaky clean it was sicking. He is still laughing about it.
