Do most regionals min's require your time to be in land planes? Would having say 500 hours on floats and 500 on land be acceptable to meet min's?

Hey what about ski time too!

Between the 3000 hours of float time I have and the 1200 ski time, I will be a shoe in for the CRJ on retractable skiis too!. Keep me posted where to apply. Asa is getting a little tiresome at times.

I had 3 times as much time on floats as wheels when I was hired at the regional level. Wasn't a negative at all, although nobody seemed too impressed. Being a CFI or double-I seemed to be a better asset for some reason.

It's a messed up industry where the highest paying job that I could find was the same one I had when I was 21.... I need more time in a round motor beaver like I need another hole in my head!
