FLL and public transportation

Hey folks,

For those of you based in FLL, do you think having a car is mandatory or the public transporation does a good job in serving the airport. I checked the website and it seems that they have a fairly good schedule (a lot of buses starting early and finishing late)

Public transportation in south florida is a joke.the only good service that we have is the tri-rail which connects Miami-Fll-Pbi airport.
your bus ride time will by far exceed your flight time.

You need a car in North Cuba. Try learning Spanish too it is a great asset.
