I was wondering if anyone knows what the pay is for a FlightSafty instructor...sim/ground...either/or.

Varies by which airplane you're assigned to. From what I heard, base pay ranges between 45k for say piston instructors (C-421, 414, etc.) to 75k or so for instructors in G's. From what I gather, depending on which airplane you're assigned to teach, there could be ample overtime available.
 
I knew a bunch of FSI guys in Wichita and I think they were between 50-60K (Citations/Raytheon Jets)
 
It starts about $60k on the smaller stuff, goes up from there obviously. Gulfstream guys can get a good bit more, up to 6 figures according to some.

Benefits are decent too.
