I have heard in the past they start around $60K. That is FSI in general and not specific to MCO. Like most of these things, there is probably some wiggle room in there based on what you can negotiate.
 
I THINK pay is dependant on the type you're teaching. Last I heard, a friend was making roughly 70K. He's on the Global Express.

$60K in smaller aircraft - CE500, Hawker, Lear, etc.

$70K in bigger aircraft - CE750, G200, big Gulfstreams, etc.

3% raise when you get your TCE (training center evaluator), yearly raise is usually3 to 4% depending on alot of things.

No wiggle room - starting salaries are set and not open to negotiation.
