Flight tracking software?

Anyone know of a free flight tracking software? I'd like to have something at home on my computer, but I don't want to subscribe to anything. If you know of something free, awesome, otherwise it's something I can live without if I have to pay. Sometimes my Missus worries when I'm out flying, so it'd be nice to have something at home that she can pull up to make sure I'm still around. Thanks!
