I ended downloading what LrjtCaptain posted. I had to pay for it, but the detail is pretty impressive. Check out these screen-shots:

Very nice considering this is a $500 walmart computer with a cheap video-card installed!

It's not bad. I'd say the "realism" isn't any better or worse than the standard Microsoft aircrafts. But, I'm currently training in the PA28, so I thought it'd be cool to have that aircraft available on the simulator. The instruments, systems, and cockpit layout is all very similar to what I'm training in. Pretty cool stuff...
