Anyone have any experience with TotalFBO?

I am a previous user of MYFBO and loved it. Had great "online" scheduling.
Wondering if anyone has used / has experience with TotalFBO?

BTW - Heard ERAU has a new online scheduling system on their campus. Is this true?

The place I fly out of has it. Seems to work well for them. I like that I can check my schedule online. I'm also supposed to be able to book lesson online, but I've never tried to.

It does the job. I don't know how it compares to others as I'm only a customer of the FBO.

TotalFBO = :eek:

Deadly. A pain in the arse to use. A pain in the arse to consolidate. A complete waste of time requiring almost universal dual data entry. A large FBO uses the program for their fuel sales. They have three full time data entry persons and still make major mistakes, complain profusedly about the slowness of the program, and spend weeks training new people to use it. It didn't take two brain cells to not even consider it for online scheduling.

MyFBO = :cool:

Fast. Efficient. Easy to go online. Easy to pay the extra $5.00 per month and not have to do double data entry between the scheduler and accounting programs. We can have as little or as much of their service as we need or want. The Liepes are fast at providing technical support, changing things around as needed, and answering the phone personally. Our flight school has been with them since 2001. In 2002 we added website hosting to our service and have had 99.99% uptime.

But, the programs are for different purposes:
1. MyFBO for online scheduling, flight school management, and accounting interface to Quickbooks.
2. TotalFBO for the FBO that does everything from aircraft sales, maintenance, fueling, supplies, instruction, etc. A jack of all trades, master of none.

Another program is ScheduleMaster for online scheduling. They were quite expensive for our small school and have yet to be competitive. I used them as a client only and it did the trick.

Fly SAFE!
