Hey guys, just curious if any Airtran, JetBlue, World Airways or ATA guys out there that could help. I'm an ASA captain considering the next move for me and the family. Just wanted to budget for the next three years or so. If anybody knows the pay for FOs the first couple of years and how much flying per month?

At ASA its:

50 Seat FO Capt
Year 1 19.02 -
Year 2 33.65 -
Year 3 34.67 57.78
Year 4 35.70 60.10
Year 5 36.77 61.90

At ASA, we have a min of 10 days off a month

I appreciate the help!

I can speak for ATA:

1st year 37.50
2nd year around 69.00
3rd year around 85.00

I don't have my contract in front of me, the L10 is slightly more.

75 hour guarantee

14 days off for short call reserve (2 hour call out)

12 days off for long call reserve (12 hour call out)

Hard line 12 to 21 off.

If you want to work you can make 100 hours pay a month easy.

I was hired in May and have 100 under me so far this year. They are going to run a few more classes this year and hire 100 in the first quarter of next year. Good luck, hope this helps.

JBU FO Pay

Current JBU FO pay is:
1st year $50.96 2nd year 56.19 3rd year 61.42

Guarantee is 70 hours per month, avg. FO is flying 75-80 a month, more if you want. There is a premium pay override of 1.5 times hourly rate for all pay (flying, training, sick but not vacation) over 70 hours. Plan on being on reserve with a 75 hour (5 hours at premium rate) guarantee for maybe 5-6 months or more as time passes. The current upgrade time is roughly 18-20 months today, and it progresses as time goes on as well. The 2nd year Capt. pay is $113.00 with all the same provisions for OT etc.
All pilots are guaranteed 12 days off a month and the average line guy is probably flying 13-15 days a month. Super senior guys are working 12. :D
It is not official yet but the EMB190 pay is rumored to be 30-35% less than the A320 pay respectively.

It is a fair estimate that an average first year FO will make about $53k a year with little difficulty and flying an average of 81 hours a month.

Hope that helps.

The Information you are looking for has been posted here many times. Doing a search would probably give you all of the info you have asked for.

You can also try this website, which not only has some of the payscales you are looking for, but also their contracts.
