Here is some thing I found on the Flight opts board:
Below is an owner survey from Greg Savetiere. It is very well written and illustrates the incompetence that has infected the upper ranks of our company. Michael Scheeringa has tried to turn flight options into wal-mart, and the owners that pay huge amounts of money for private air transportation are sick of his cost cutting service reducing attitude.. His Narrow Minded "US Airways" MGMT style is going to be the downfall of this company....
MICHAEL SCHEERINGA- YOUR TIME IS LIMITED AT FLIGHT OPTIONS.....

Subject: Savettiere Comments from Owner Survey
George,
Please see below the comments below from Greg Savettiere from the owner survey. He sent an e-mail to Cameron saying he wanted to
explain to you why he is dissatisfied with the program. He also wanted you to have the comments for your reference.

From question: What changes could Flight Options make in the coming year to better accommodate your travel needs?Reduce number of
peak days around each holiday. Stop chartering me or offering me older aircraft!
Overall Comments:
When I was with Raytheon Travel Air, I could always count on getting the plane I expected. If the only new Hawker 800XP was half way
across the country, Raytheon would ferry it to me just to make sure I would fly in the new aircraft I purchased. Now, I feel like I
am arguing with Continental Airlines on nearly every flight with regard to not getting a charter or older aircraft. It has spoiled
the reason I am paying over $5,000 an hour to travel. I fly my family often and my number one concern is safety. I don't consider a
chartered aircraft or "complimentary" upgrade to a 15 year old Challenger acceptable when I paid for the safety of a new aircraft.
You are missing the point with regard to private air travel. It's expensive! If you need to raise prices do it but stop reducing
services. If I am willing to pay $5,000 an hour for bad service I will certainly pay $6,000 somewhere else for good service. On a
recent trip I waited 8 hours for a Hakwer 800XP to become available after hours of arguing extensively just to get out the same day.
(It wasn't even a listed peak day) When I boarded I found I had been duped. It was a ten year old Hawker 800. I find the directive
to reduce speed from .75 Mach to .70 Mach particularly offensive as you are saving fuel while I pay for extra hours. Signature has a
beautiful FBO with passenger lounge and covered port-cochere but now you want me to use an unattended hanger instead. My family has
a certain number of vacation days and I have been able to work around your peak days in the past but now you have surrounded the
holidays with so many peak days on either side that it is impossible to use the service on holidays. And even if I am willing to
travel home on a Wednesday after a holiday weekend, I can count on being offered a charter. No one calls me, I just check the Flight
Option's web page and see that the tail number is not a CW or LX. Then, I call customer service and the nightmare begins. I would be
happy to discuss these concerns in person with anyone who would be interested as I feel your company is in peril. You underestimate
how many people can't wait for their contracts to expire. I bought a Marquis Jet card so I could fly for the holidays. Not only do I
fly on all the peak days but I am always on a new fleet aircraft. This is better service than Flight Options provides on the
off-peak days on either side of your peak days. The people at Flight Options are EXTREMELY courteous but there has been a change
from a can do attitude to a "we are not turning a profit" attitude at the highest levels of the company which are tying your
employees hands and forcing them to offer bad service. Sincerely Greg Savettiere
