Flight Options phone interview

Has anyone had a phone interview lately and if so are you willing to share some information? Just general info is all I'm after. Thank you very much.

I don't remember all. I will try and help. Mine was probably a year ago. I do remember that it lasted about 30 to 40 minutes though. I think there was a lot of get to know you questions. Also questions about your past from your resume. Where you want to be in the future kind of stuff too. It was also a chance for you to ask a lot of questions. So make a list of stuff you want to ask. That is all I can recall from it. Once I got to CLE I didn't do another interview with Eric. He said the phone interview was enough. Eric talked to us for about two or three hours about the company though when we got to CLE. The only other person I did interview in CLE was a program manager and did the sim eval.
