What are they paying those guys in the OCC. It doesn't seem like they get very good help in there. Are they all related to Tim Montie. He would step over a dime to pick up a penny. I have never seen such a poor excuse for a chief pilot or those idiots that work in OCC. Does anybody even keep track of how much many they lose by flat out not knowing what they are doing?

The cartoon certainly applies to every airline operation I've worked at or heard of. There always seems to be a pointy haired manager in charge of running a company into the ground.
