Flight Options management has been sending out letters informing us about lay offs coming in the near future with the reduction in the number of aircraft.

So it doesn't look too good for hiring anytime soon.

poor bastards....i actually talk to a Hawker Pilot from flight ops that was thinking about taking a pay cut and going to avantair. I guess that means things are pretty bad down there.

Yea Flybet, I think that is the extreme, sounds like, maybe more to that story. Personally if the union wasnt voted in, I was gone. Now that the union is here, remember how it was at NJ before there contract, and now look at NJ post contract, I'm staying. It will get better. But the games are here now, and were playing.
