Flight Instructor pay at Majors

I'm collecting some information for comparison and proposal purposes.

What is the pay for various types of flight instructors at your airline? Pay for line instructors, check airman and others. Thanks

Base plus 15%, flight attendant immunization and a 'get out of jail free' card.

NWA:

$15 per hour for OE, plus a jack to the cap. Sim IP's get 5-hours for each event (some events only 2-hours...most are 4-hours in the box) up to 16 events, then 7.5-hours for each event over that.

All get higher priority, all-fee's-waived, pass travel.
