A few questions about Flight Express...

1. How is the interview usually conducted? HR, test, sim, what is usually asked...?

2. After completing training, how hard is it to get the ORL domicile?

3. How should one prepare for the interview and training?

Any info appreciated!

If your interview is with Gary, the recruiter as was ths case when I was hired then just relax and be yourself. He couldn't be a nicer guy and he just wants to make sure you'll be happy there. It's important to understand exactly what you're getting yourself into as it's not for everyone. There is a standard sim eval in a brand new Elite unit - the usual stuff and a simple written. It's all very basic but apparently still too much for some people.
You'll also meet with Ernsst, the D.O. also a super guy he want's to make sure you'll last long enough to be worth training. Nothing tricky is involved. Be prepared to sign a 6 month contract, however you simply have to return your $1000 bonus check if you leave early. I don't know about ORL but, I'd take anything to quit instructing. It's fun!
