-Monitor all current CitationShares Flight activity.
-Communicate essential information to/from flight crews.
-Support crews with various requests such as flight planning, weather reports and NOTAM’s.
-Coordinate logistical support such as crew meals, hangar arrangements, etc.
The shift for this position varies and may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Position is located in Greenwich, CT.
REQUIREMENTS
-Dispatch or Airman’s Certificate not required, but preferred
-Prior aviation experience, preferably in Dispatch
-Ability to effectively communicate with pilots, vendors, colleagues, and management
-Proficient with Microsoft Office software
