Can you factor in how your execs save timewise? Just a thought.

I'd say this is the best advice so far. Instead of twisting budget numbers to make the plane look cheaper, hit it from an exec's effeciency standpoint. Show them what the plane can really do for them- hit multiple locations and still be home for dinner, strategize on the plane while enroute to the next meeting, carry only your employees in complete privacy, etc.

We have one subsidiary that thinks our plane is too expensive and complains about the costs, even though they don't use it much. Then one day, we'll take them out to a remote location, they'll do a full day of business, and be home for dinner. That's when they turn into believers again.
