POSITION - Charter Flight Coordinator
LOCATION - Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport
DESCRIPTION -
The Charter Flight Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of charter flight booking for a fast paced Part 135 charter company with multiple airplanes. The Charter Flight Coordinator must be able to operate in a dynamic team based environment where attention to detail, customer service, and flexible hours are a must. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, trip scheduling, passenger special requests, crew arrangements, and itinerary preparation.
REQUIREMENTS-
The Charter Flight Coordinator should display excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and engaging manner. The applicant must have a working level understanding of computers with emphasis in Internet/Email, MS Word and MS Excel for light bookkeeping. A great attitude, desire to succeed, and a strong willingness to learn are very important for this position.
