Flight Attendents

I have a girlfriend of mine that wants to become a flight attendent, just wondering if anyone knows of any airlines currently hiring FA's. Also are there any job boards that anyone knows of that are specificly for FA's?

Miami Air International-we will be hiring FA's in Sept. and Oct. Not sure you want to corrupt your girlfirend with our lot though. Falcon Air International is hiring also.

Comair is also hiring.

I don't know the details of the new contract and CVG is the only base for now. The 70 seater arrives on the property soon...late September/early October. That requires two F/As and will generate hiring.

Regionals...

Most all of the "regionals" (aka small jet carriers), low-cost and charter airlines are hiring FAs.

There are several boards to visit including Inflight Community, Flightattendants.org and Skychick.com.

Thanks for all of the help, also just curious, how much can a new FA expect to make flying for the average regional? 1st and 2nd year?

My average gross salary for the first two years were $17,000 and $18,500 respectively (not including per diem) - basically a slap in the face.
