They take about $85 out per paycheck for medical/dental. You have a couple of plans to choose from. A couple of HSA's (I don't remember all the details about these because we did not choose them) and POS. We found POS to be better for our family of 5. Co-pay is $20/$40 depending on if the doctor is a specialist. I don't think we have a deductible but we pay 80/20 on all major items with participating doctors/facilities. The insurance is decent. We get 2 dental checkups paid for a year per person. Max paid for prescription is $40. Just depends on what it is. I have some that are $8 and some that are $40. Generics are always cheapest. They use Aetna which is a pretty broad network so finding participating doctors/facilities isn't difficult at all. They also have flex spending which is helpful for families.
