Anyone know the compensation plan details? Evidently a bunch of pilots were given a preview or something?
 
Why is everything such a secret? Management says the seniority list is just for the pilots. Management is "stepping back". And yet, the only update those "teams" have given is to management. They ignore us completely. And absolute crickets about the "new" compensation. That video said nothing.

At Options originally, the normal schedule was 8/7. Now they are making a big deal about if you work 8 on, you will get 5 off. Another slick move by management to make the sheep think they are cared for. You actually lost two days off form even before we had a contract. BRILLIANT!!
 
I hope nobody is getting excited about any pay raise. It will be just like everything else.
Give with one had take away with another.

You might see an increase in yearly wages but be ready for a proportional increase in days worked.
