Well, we will all know our fate come this Monday the 9th. Anyone care to take a guess on what we get?

Imagine that....FLOPS will be the LAST to address the issue. Per the email we received on our Blackberries, we will know "by Jan 31st" regarding our new "compensation package".

I'm guessing that Flexjet pilots will be better off than FLOPS pilots.....just a wild as$ guess, though...

Why? If I was management I would put you all off for another 12 months. And then I would schedule a meeting in a month or two.

You folks have no leverage. No Union no leverage. Wise up or give up. Your choice.

You got that right. Let's hope that 50% plus 1 pilot here sees that harsh truth, or we're sunk.

It is 9:45 in Texas. The meeting should have started 45 minutes ago. Just waiting to hear what we did or didn't get.

If I was management I would PAY NOW. Only way a union will be avoided. Puting off will guarantee a union comes in....

Pretty obvious Fuzzy Wuzzie doesn't know what he's talking about. At CitationShares we DON'T have a union and we received a BETTER raise than NetJets. You don't need a union, just a good management team.

Is the raise better when you factor in we average 10% over our base pay with overtime and holiday pay, we pay nothing for very good medical insurance, and we have a crew meal program we pay nothing for?

Do you not realize there are a total of 2 of you who believe your false statement? Repeating it incessantly will not make it so. Had 1108 and NJ managment not reached a TA (which was ultimately ratified by the rank and file), CS would NOT have received the increase in pay that they received. Further, you did NOT get a better raise than NJ. Compensation is NOT based on base pay alone. You do not compare apples to apples. However, you do flamebait. You and Fractrash have earned a place on the esteemed "ignore" list from me.

Good bye.

I really enjoy fractrash and humphrybogart with what they have to say. I think he makes some really good points.
