The last I heard simple FAR/AIM stuff. If you have been a prof. pilot you shouldnt have any problems. I think the person to person is more important. Just be yourself during that. They look for people that they think they will get along with for 4-6 days. They will aslo give v1 cuts in the sim.

Thanks for the information.

VIXIN is absolutely right, you will come in and take a 30 question, multiple guess test on Pt.135/91. I missed about 9 of them.

Next, you will go into the sim, standard takeoff, vectors, copy holding instructions, maybe enter holding, vectors to ILS, raw data approach, land, reposition for takeoff with a V1 cut. Be sure to use ALL the rudder on the cut, yes, it's a Lear, but, you will need all the rudder.

Next, a chat with a Chief pilot, tell me about yourself, a what if scenario, no technical stuff.

you will usually know right away about whether or not you are hired or not.

Best of luck

If the sim is like the ones I used, do not be in a big hurry to rotate either. Faster you are going the easier it is to control - and still use all the rudder.

I interviewed at flex last year. The interview was exactly the way it is describe here. Although you will need to hold your speed right on for the v1 cut. They are big on that. I would have taking the job but the upgrade time was to long for me. And I didn't want to move for that. I have a few thousand hours of P.I.C. time in lear 20's so I wanted to tackel a new type of airplane if I had to be f/O again. Reference my profile:)
