I'll tell you this much, there was a recent interview of our chief pilot. His number one theme on hiring people is that he hires people based on their attitude. He'll take someone at the bare minimum qualifications and a can-do attitude over someone with every type-rating in the book but is defeatist or cynical.

Actually, it's not such a bad question. Some fleets (like at NJA) probably fly more than others I would think... From what I hear the Lear 40/45 fleet is pretty busy and the CL300 is getting very popular.
 
[Call me a sicko, but I'll take a full day of flying over sitting in a hotel room any day of the week. Makes the rotation go much quicker.


Depends on what is on TV. and what the wx is doing.
