We don't do 7/7. You'll work on average 16 out of 28 days, or down to 14 or up to 18 if you so choose. 6 on 4 off is normal or anything down to about 4 on with a min of 3 off. Or you can bid to 2 days off if you want. I have been doing 4/3 4/4 5/3 4/3 6/4. I have had the last 5 Sat. off, but to do that I bid up on days, to get me this weekend off so I could spend Easter with my family.

I think it is around $30 per pay period. Married with spouse and dependents is $60 a pay period.

I pay $21 per paycheck for my medical, and $15 per paycheck for my dental.
Its only me on the medical and I have my wife on my dental, last year my dental was $8 per paycheck for just me.
