Do you have to live at one of the "hubs" or do you commute.

How's the pay and upgrade.

How does it compare to the other Fracs.

I've heard a lot of complaining by their pilots; more than the usual stuff we call constructive. I do know that you have to live at the domicile (Dallas and Miami are two that I know of) and that you start as an FO regardless of your qualifications. This is all hear-say so maybe I'm wrong, which I'm sure someone will point out.
