Flex Jet Schedule???

Just accepted a job with Flex in the Challenger 605. If you are to report to duty tomorrow what time does your day start? 1201AM. I understand they can assign you a trip for anytime but can change that if they need to. So I am wondering when do you have to be at your home base ready for a call. Thanks!!

They can start calling you at 3am, I believe. I drive 4 1/2 hours to Dallas, so I get there the night before and hotel it at either the Red Roof for $35, if I know i'm flying out of DFW, or I stay at the Crowne sometimes for $49 if my trip begins out of ADS. If you plan to commute, you'd be well advised to drive in the night before. Hope this helped.

Well I guess technically since we don't have to start prior to 5am on the first day now, you don't have to be there until then; however, that doesn't apply to peak days. Have fun with those crusty old 604 captains! Hopefully they will let you fly eventually. muahahahaha.

Just curious, to the guys that just interviewed, did they say relocation was mandatory to 1 1/2 hrs to your domicile?
