Flex Jet Mins?????

Hey Guys, what are Flex Jet flight requirements? I met a guy recently that flies for Flex Jet and said that they are losing so many pilots that they are desperate for pilots and are hiring pretty much any breathing pilot....is that true? do they still require an ATP and 2500tt? or have their mins changed?? if anyone can give me some feed back as to what is going on down there?

2500TT 500 multi and ATP. Not sure if they are hiring. I've been trying to get on with flex for about a year now and I have 3000TT 1300 multi 1050 jet.

Don't forget 500 turbine. We have turnover like any company but things are pretty stable right now; I haven't seen any sort of mass exodus (where would they go?) Captains don't really leave that often and if they do, its usually to something like Southwest. I know that the 300s are driving some growth and they are probably going to be hiring some pilots before too long. You definitely must be breathing though, and not one of those mouth-breathing types.
