GVFlyer,

You are a true "well spoken" man. I always enjoy reading the riff-raft B.S. and then your technical, dead on truthful posts. Your always the voice of 'wisdom' around here.

Sincerely,

Wolf

The G450 is a $34MM aircraft which compares with the G5000's $35MM price point. Compare these two. Cabin volume for the 5000 is 2,000 ft3. G-450? 1,500 ft3. To me, that's 33% larger cabin for the same price. You DON'T want to compare the range/speed between the two.
GVFlyer-stay with me here-the GV/550/GLEX are in the same cabin class. The G450/DA-7X/G-450/DA-900/G500 are in the same cabin class. Learn anything yet?

Comparing the GIV...uh, G450 to the Global - what a dope.

Shouldn't drink before you post, son.

I got you all beat....

give me my 30min flight in my S2-B. Beats all this 14.5 hour damn my butt is sore flying you guys do. LOL...now back to my 1200 NM BBJ...... :)

I'm having a hard time staying with you.

The Global 5000 is absent from your summary. Where does it fit?

The Gulfstream G550 and the G500 are the same size, but are in different cabin classes?

You're saying that aircraft with interior volumes ranging from the DA-900's 1267 cubic foot cabin to the Gulfstream G500's 1669 cubic feet are in the same cabin class, but aircraft with the same volume are in different classes? Only a marketeer could come up with that.

I think what I've learned is that you have math issues.

Sorry, I left off one '0' (freudian slip?)
The G450/DA-7X/G-450/DA-900/G500'0' are in the same cabin class.

I think its funny that Flexjet is telling us that there is no market for the Global 5000 at Flexjet. Where is the market for it at?? hmm. let me guess.........

OK, John-John. Then in which cabin class does the Gulfstream G500 compete?

Good to see you back, SeaSpray! Are you a civilian pilot yet or still in the military? :)

JonJuan clearly doesn't know.

The Gulfstream G500 is a less expensive shorter range version of the G550 which competes with the Bombardier Global 5000 which is a less expensive shorter range version of the Global Express.

I'm still flying Gulfstreams in the Big Blue.
