Hey guys!!! I was recently offered the CL300 at Flex and my questions are….

How much flying company assigns to this A/C on average?
How is the QOL for the 300 guys???
I was told that they do carry F/A only on customer request! Is this truth??
Do you a lot of international flying on it???

My gate way base will be EWR/TEB

thanks

You will fly a lot in the 300. I do about 55 hours a month. Its also the largest fleet now.
QOL is good, just like any of the other fleets.
Yes we have owners that require an FA and they can always be requested.
Yes it crosses the pond, some do it a lot and some don't do it at all, its luck of the draw.
I was TEB based for a while, you won't do too much airline travel but if you live close to TEB you'll get a lot of nights at home.

Best looking plane in the fleet in my opinion. Pilots say the Pro Line 21 set-up is fantastic and makes your job easier. You'll see a lot of the country (and some international beyond the Caribbean) because of its versatility - mixture of short hops and transcons. Flights from TEB to Sun Valley and Aspen are commonplace and even Anchorage is possible nonstop depending on winds/load.

It's a great airplane from what I hear - enjoy it!

I'm glad to see they finally hired some TEB based crewmembers! That's a first in a while! We are hiring like crazy right now.

hey thanks for the info Walsfly!!
well!.. since you already work there, you can probably tell me the truth about this upgrade thing some people say 3 years and company says 2.5 I honestly believe it could be a lot longer than that but who knows, the way this industry is!!!!!

Well I started Jan 06 and I haven't gotten the call yet, but I keep hearing its getting close. As of last I heard I think I am within 30. Now this could change tomorrow, either mass upgrade or complete stop, you never know in this industry.

Walshfly ----how are the CL300 Capt's are they good guys to fly with or are they a bunch of grumpy folks and won't let you fly at all.

thnx
