WOW!

I'm converted.

I flew jetBlue for the first time this morning. SLC to LGB.

Maybe I'm just too used to flying on AMR carriers, but I'm really in a good mood after flying on jetBlue. The flight attendants were NICE! Very friendly people, conversational, and downright happy. I didn't think that existed. I'm used to be sneered at by flight attendants who consider passengers to be a thorn in their side. jetBlue treated me the way I strive to treat my passengers when they are in my care.

The captain spend alot of time in the cabin while on the ground talking to the passengers, as did all the flight attendents. The service was excellent and I left the plane feeling in a good mood.

Yes I think most will agree..
If JetBlue flies there, thats who we fly.

Imagine that, happy employees...what a relief from the normal nastiness of old hag airline flight attendants.

Happy employees, on an airplane, oh hell no! Tell me that is not so, just kidding! Everybody that I know the flew on Jetblue only has positive things to say, except for the fact that everything is blue.

I love to fly jetblue as well however I hope they don't ruin what they've got going for them with the ERJ's. I fly PBI to NYC often. I sometimes take AA into LGA and sometimes if the price is right jetblue into JFK. If the price is around the same I always choose jetblue because I can watch tv and the time flies. Once they start squeezing me into an RJ with no tv however, I will stick with AA. I dont know what routes they'll be using the RJ's on, but there is no way I will pay to fly in the back of one for 2 hours.

Not sure what you have heard about the new airplanes, but here is the scoop.

EMB 190 aircraft.
4-8 feet shorter than an airbus 320.
2X2 seating, 25 rows, 100 total seats. (BTW all leather seats, all with FREE tv in the back, just like you have in the 320.)
2200+ mile range. This is not your grandfathers rj. In fact, not really an rj at all, unless a DC-9 falls into that category.

We will open up new markets with the new aircraft. If loads permit, the 320 will come in then to further grow the market.

Hope this sheds some light.

Ok scratch everything i said. I'll stick with jetblue.
