Are pilots consulted before an airline changes the fleet or initiates a new fleet rationalization program? Or is it just management and cost cutting?
Also has such a deal ever been put forward in a contract : we'll give you the jets you want to fly boeing/airbus/ widebody etc. in exchange for concessions on pay?
