It has a light output that is variable from 9 lumens to 160 lumens (about seven times brighter than a 2D cell maglight) and has great battery life. It's pretty cheap, too!
Ok, Ok, I went with the Surefire 9P--it is grrreat! However, now I have another problem. I have been sending packages to "AnySoldier.com". I usually send some food, socks, books, etc. I send to all the forces, but it is the kids in the Army who seem to be asking for Surefire Flashlights--specifically the ones they can attach to their rifles. What the H---is wrong here? I can have one to find my way to the front door, but they can't be issued one to help fight their way through hostile territory? If any of you would like to join together and send some Surefire Flashlights over there, I would be happy to join up also. I think Surefire has a discount for millitary purchases.
