Five Star Airlines

I keep seeing 5 Star Airlines on FBOweb; I see them moving around the North East US (TEB, HPN, BED) but can't seem to figure out who they are.
I have not heard the call sign anywhere.
Registration search shows up as Needham, Ma.

Any idea who they are????

CitationShares. I believe they use the name Five Star as their ATC call sign and show up as Five Star Airlines in the ATC computer.
